The appetizers were mind blowing! It was busy so we understood why service was a tad slow, but the food was amazing! The steak was too expensive for this trip but their chicken hit the spot and some. Drinks were on par with top 3 of house margs ever tried, but the cheesecake had soo much whipped cream on it.

Surely 5 stars if it weren't so expensive for 2 cheesecakes & 1 order of Avocado egg rolls appetizer $43. The Cheesecake Factory in Sugarland, TX doesn't have quite as awesome views & atmosphere as Galleria Houston & Las Vegas Caesars Palace. ✅️Cleanliness + ✅️Customer Service We're top tier though. And the 3 foods were rich so we had yummy leftovers.

Our experience at The Cheesecake Factory was outstanding! The food was delicious everything came out fresh beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The atmosphere was warm welcoming and made for a really enjoyable dining experience. What truly made our visit unforgettable was our server Maham. From the moment we were seated she greeted us with such a kind and genuine smile that immediately made us feel comfortable. She was attentive without ever being overbearing and she had a natural ability to anticipate what we needed before we even had to ask. Maham checked on us consistently throughout our meal made thoughtful recommendations and ensured every detail of our order was perfect. Her positive energy and professionalism stood out she handled everything with patience grace and a truly caring attitude. It honestly felt like she took pride in making sure we had the best possible experience not just doing her job but going above and beyond in a way that felt personal. Excellent customer service like hers is rare and she made a lasting impression on us. We’ll definitely be back and will happily recommend The Cheesecake Factory to our family and friends. Fresh, good seasoning, good portions, good price. Family friendly. Waiter very fast but courteous n friendly. Good variety of dishes. Never would have thought they had fish n chips <loved it>💕 and u get a FREE slice of cheesecake when u download app🎉❤️

The crab Rangoon I tried was not it didn’t taste like the traditional kind but it did seem healthier like air fried instead of fried. The inside was also different it had crab in it which tasted like real crab not sure if it was or not. I wouldn’t buy this again though. It tasted off. Then I tried the Korean fried chicken dish and the chicken was thick and meaty. The flavors were okay but I did not seem like actual Korean fried chicken. Then I tried the tirimisu cheesecake and that was rich. I also tried the vanilla bean cheesecake which is always my favorite. It’s so smooth and soft.
